Download BTTV. Go to twitch chat, click the cog. Under bettertwitchtv there's a option that says "Set blacklist keywords". Type in "NA EU" (there has to be a space between).
Boom. It was like night and day. I saw actual sentences in chat fucking complete sentences.
I always had to watch pro games in fullscreen mode and I was a bit annoyed, but after I just set these blacklist words I can actually watch chat reactions AND the game at the same time.
