Zoe's w has been bugged in aram for over a year and still hasn't been fixed

In aram, if zoe picks up snowball with her w, uses it and misses, it goes on like a minute cd and you cant pick up summoner spells. This and similar bugs have been reported multiple times on reddit and riot's official discussion board.
