Literally watching pro games this split it seems like he doesnt have any actual weakness. His build is more defensive that any other marksman can get but he doesnt sacrifice any damage or utility, in fact gaining utility and loads of damage for it. Pick a tahm with him and literally you will never be the reason a game is lost. There doesnt appear to be any weakness in him right now.
The only way to win into him feels like you have to hard stomp every other lane and have baron so he can't waveclear effectively. And as long as he isnt the only damage source in a team comp which isnt that difficult, you just sit back and qw ewq or just q poke until the other team is too low and just ult to get some kills or clear a wave cause heck it's on like a 30 second CD.
