This has been a year of change and everything is up in the air. For an org that doesn't necessarily have the same level of resources that many of the others do, how do you deal with something like that?
At the moment, it's really kind of frightening, because you're really thrown into new waters. With Vizicsacsi and Hylissang gone, it was back to only me. But the funny thing is, that's where I came from. I didn't have any of those people in the beginning.
