We quit our jobs as wannabe LCS players to make a new interactive build analysis website.

Aldonall and Griffin1795 here, and just under seven months ago, with absolutely no web development experience, we set out to design and create a new build suggestion website for league, using our backgrounds in economics and statistics to create a better way to explore different builds.

Features Include:

• Customizable Build Paths: Don't like rushing Morellos on your Mid Laner? Don't! Select a different first item and we'll tailor our recommendations around it. With an average of over 150 unique build paths per champion, you'll never run out of options.

• Dynamic Boot/Rune Recommendations: Different builds work best with different setups. As you change your preferred item build, our recommendations for which runes you run and which boots you buy will change with it, only showing results from other players who built the same items.

• A More Accurate Win Rate: Most build recommendations base their suggestions only off the win rate of the completed build. While useful, this ignores the fact that the majority of games finish before reaching full build, meaning that the builds that perform best at five items are not necessarily the best builds for the average game. To solve this problem, we created a statistic we call Build Path Win Rate, or BPWR for short. BPWR includes players who ended the game with only the first few items of a build complete, factoring their win rate into the analysis of the build they were working toward. This allows BPWR to more accurately judge the strength of a build path throughout the course of a game, from loading screen to nexus explosion.
