In a post on their website, Eternity Gaming has confirmed that they have bought out the roster of German organization RoughNeX. The team has been together for some time, having formed under the brand of Counter Clockwise Gaming in November of 2012.
Team captain and jungler Tobias “Mowarth” Sjunnesson had this to say about the change:
“We are happy to become a part of Eternity. RoughNeX wasn’t a bad place for us we believe we can achieve more with Eternity. Personally, I am excited to join Eternity and I am looking forward to this new phase”
Along with the new sponsor, the squad also requited a new manager, Arthur “Shalvus” Magrez to replace the departing Alban “Semrodia” Chaubert.
In addition, the team participated in the Dreamhack Qualifer today, taking top place alongside fellow Challenger team Intellectual Playground.
