The guys at OGN sat down with a short interview with all of SKT T1 to discuss their match against Najin Black Sword as well as to talk about their potential final matchup against the other semi-finalists.
In an exciting set of games that went to a best of 5, SKT T1 managed to overcome the mysterious NaJin Black Sword. The majority of the series was a nail-biter, with slight executional errors calling for entire game wins for either of the Koreans. With favorites learned and favorites such as Jax and Gragas picked out, the set finally came to a conclusion.
Reddit user qpwori13 has translated the interview. Here is a short excerpt of it with a handful of questions:
What was it like playing Expession?
Impact : I thought he was better than me so i felt a lot of pressure while playing. I was scared from playing him in scrims and so i couldn't play with confidence. But when i played Renekton, i gained a lot of confidence and think that helped with how the game went.
Bengi : After game 1 i could not take care of Impact's mental. He did not say a thing and did not have any look on his face.
Tomorrow you will find out who you will play in the finals. Who do you want to meet?
Faker : I dont care who comes up. Eventually the better team will come up and we have practiced a lot while preparing for the semis. If we analyse our opponent, then I think we have a chance to win.
Imagining Royal Club came up to the finals, how would you play against them.
Faker : We cannot predict the game between Royal as we are not from the future. But i think it will be easier than the game against Najin.
Poohmandu : Our ad is better and we have the best mid in the world so i think we will win.
Piglet : I think we will win but Poohmandu will feed so its going to be hard.
Poohmandu : But we have the best players, how can we lose?
Piglet : But Poohmandu is still gonna feed.
What if Fnatic came up to the finals
Bengi : We just need to be careful of their mid but we have the best mid laner in the world so its ok.
Impact : Im scared(laughs). Just joking, ive played against Soaz before. I think we can beat them.
The prize money is $1million. What is the $1million to you?
Faker : To buy 1million fried chicken we must win.
Impact : I think i can drink more coke. I got sick from drinking too much and had trouble playing. After that our coach wont let me drink it.
