A discussion on » Gamingeye about the GameTV Female Starcraft League, which we just posted a news about » here, gave us an idea for a new poll.
Old poll
When the latest poll was created we were interested in how many people actually might leave our beloved Starcraft community for yet another Warcraft game. I have a lot of friends who really fell for the game. Personally, I have just seen it and immediately felt that it wasn’t the game for me.
Let's see how the vote percentages looked!
Have you tried or will you try out World of Warcraft?

41% answered no, and weren’t interested in the game at all. Good reading for everyone who is afraid of the Starcraft community dying. 39% says that they will check it out. Maybe time to start worrying again? And when 12% says that it’s their new favourite game… Hmm… 6% tested it and felt that it wasn’t their kind of game.
New poll
When reading the comments on Gamingeye I started wondering. Is it really right to have a league only for female players? When it comes to computer games males and females do not differ that much, so why have a league where only one sex is allowed?
Do you think it's right that girls should have their own StarCraft league in Korea?
Yes, there are male/female leagues in all other sports. Why not here?
Yes, but only because I wanna see the VOD's!
No, this isn't good for anything.
No, it only makes the barrier between the genders bigger.
