This happened last patch, and looks to be happening again?

We believe it is caused by blizzard failing to update their protocol for parsing replays. The uploader uses this repo to parse the replays for metadata before they are uploaded to the site. Since there is a mismatch between what the repo version is, and what the replays are, it fails.

I have contacted the owner of HotsApi and I believe u/MGatner has reached out to blizz or raised an issue on this repo
Until blizz updates this, the uploader wont work
