Srey knows which Heroes have the most impact on your solo queue grind.

Srey of Dumpster Tier Superstars releases his updated solo queue tier list. Valla, Chen, Zarya, and Malfurion still on top.

Before you read Srey's tier list, he makes this important note:

 This Tier List is ordered from most to least impactful Heroes in Hero League. “Impactful” is defined as how much influence you have over a game’s outcome. The Tier List is most accurate when you are playing solo, and does not take into account either team’s composition, the current map, or Hero bans. This Tier List assumes that you play every Hero with the same level of skill. I generally recommend that you play the Hero that you are most comfortable with and have the most experience on. Choosing the highest tier Hero is not always the right choice. Use this resource at your own discretion. ”

I couldn't have said it better myself. While tier lists are an important tool to understand the inherent power-level of a Hero, it is not an end-all guide for which Heroes to pick. There is always a bit of controversy attached to tier lists, but I think Srey has managed to take the most objective stance possible when it comes to proclaiming hero strength.

His tier list is based on impact. With her current build and meta, Valla will always have a big impact on the game. Her playmaking abilities wave clear, crowd control and damage potential is always welcome in nearly every battleground and team draft.

Does this mean Valla beats any hero 1 vs. 1? No. Does this mean Valla is ALWAYS the correct choice? No. It just means that she has the highest percentage of being effective. In comparison, Gazlowe has the lowest chance of being an effective Hero choice. He still can be, but the chances of this happening are very slim.
