Two new heroes announced at gamescom coming soon

Blizzard streamed a preview of their newest content, that would only be available to play at gamescom in Germany, starting Wednesday. Among it will be two brand new Heroes.

The rollout of new content is fully StarCraft themed, except for just one of the two newest heroes.

StarCraft character and highlord of the Tal'darim, Alarak will be joining the Nexus as a melee assassin. Developers describe that he will be "punishing Heroes that have over-extended".

Q- Discord Strike. Heavy silence/damage ability.

W- Telekinesis. Shove any enemy hero in which ever direction you please.

E- Lightning Surge. Ranged, damage ability.

R- Deadly Charge. Straight-line, melee assault ability with a great amount of damage to back it up.

R- Counter-Strike. Block/ranged attack.

Overwatch tank and all-around badass, Zarya will be the second ranged warrior to come to the Nexus. Developers say that they will be bringing almost her entire kit over from Overwatch, much like they did with Tracer.

Q- Particle Grenade. Launch a damage grenade at your enemy

W- Personal Barrier. Create a complete protection barrier for yourself

E- Shield Ally. Create a protection barrier on an Ally.

R- Graviton Surge. Pull enemies to a single location and stun

R- Expulsion Zone. Create an area that deflects enemies and pushes them back for a time.

No word quite yet on when the Machines of War content will be released, but if you just so happen to be in Cologne this week, head to Blizzard's section at gamescom and get a first hand try yourself!
Don't forget! The second European Fall Regional will also be at gamescom starting Wednesday!
