PTR Patch notes are live!

With the introduction of Chromie, plus changes to stacking talents and the older warriors, things are going to get interesting.

Even though things that appear on the PTR may change once they come to live play, there's enough in this big patch to keep us excited. Chromie is now an option for people to play around with, and big changes to outdated warriors Anub'arak and Arthas should make things interesting.

It has been some time since Arthas or Anub'arak were given some love, and with more and more mages entering the fray, it seems that Blizzard want these two to be strong options in dealing with the new additions. Alongside a whole bunch of talent shifting and stat changes, Anub'arak will now have access to Dampen Magic at level 1. Arthas has received a similar overhaul, and now at level 20 he may take Anti-Magic Shield: Activate to reduce Ability damage taken by 100% for 3 seconds, and heal for 25% of the damage prevented.

Another big change has been to the stacking talents Seasoned Marksman, Conjurer's Pursuit, and Regeneration Master. While still holding onto the stacking element, it now has a cap, but also an additional bonus when that cap is reached. When mamimum stacks are reached for Conjurers Pursuit and Regen Mastery, they grant a bonus 100 mana and 500 health respectively. For Seasoned Marksman, the bonus is an activatable attack speed steroid, which comes as they take the talent Berserk away from Raynor and Zeratul.

There are many more changes that we haven't mentioned here, and it's going to be interesting to see what ends up shaking up the meta the most.
