ETS EU #4: Group B concludes with Bubble Squad and Fnatic advancing

Group B showcased more of EU's love of double warrior lineups featuring a new meta involving Stitches, Anub'Arak pair alongside of top tier mainstays Diablo and Muradin

The second group of 4 ended this week and the two teams that made it out each showed a clear understanding of how the meta is changing in light of recent balance changes. New onto the EU scene, Bubble Squad has shown acute game sense on the draft screen, using a variety of banning strategies to get get the best of their opponents. For instance, they may win by banning Kael'Thas and Jaina one game, then pick those same heroes the next game.

These decisions show that Bubble Squad drafts based on the battleground and the team they are playing against- not just personal preference. A winning trait to have if you are a new team looking to cause some upsets.

However, the upset dreams stopped once they faced Fnatic. Fnatic is right at home in this emerging double warrior meta and may very well be leading the way in terms of hero picking strategy. Their warrior player, Breez must be inspired by recent Stitches buffs, as he can even be seen playing forgotten warriors like Anub'arak to great success.  Bubble Squad may have one the first game due to a superior draft but game 2 and 3 went to Fnatic easily.

The next leg of the tournament, Group C, will be played on 27 January, 2016 18:00 CET streamed live atTwitch.tv/Khaldor
