When Scholar Jaina encounters another Jaina, she does not say "Oh, it is on" and instead you get two Jainas saying "You asked for it"
Basically, such little effort was put into the skin that even the basic interactions that have been in the game for years couldn't be implemented
Edit: I'm not saying the devs were lazy or whatever, but I would have rather seen them come out and say something along the lines of "We've had some troubles getting the portrait done on time the way we want, so we're delaying it for a week or two to make sure it comes out well". Unless they were forced to by management, in which case blame them.
