All I want to do is win a few games to move up in Wild Bronze. I don't play any meta decks, just 'fun' homebrews like burgle rogue and theft priest, but I've never had problems making it to Silver 5 before (since pretty much any deck can get there, and probably higher).
This month, though...maybe it's because it's early, but it seems like all I'm matched against are 1000-win heroes, legendary cardbacks, and rez priests (soooo many rez priests...7 out of 9 games, at one point). How many games do I have to lose before I'm matched to people more my speed? Ugh. I even moved to casual for a few games, but I kept being matched to res priests there too, which defeats the purpose of my playing in casual. I dunno why my MMR went high enough to subject me to this (or maybe their's just went low and I'm their 'easy' game), but it sucks. I don't want to play these people.
Has anyone else run into a problem where their MMR rose high enough that they couldn't win much anymore, since the ladder changes?
Edit - Followed up by losses to a golden demon hunter and golden rogue. I prefer spell-heavy control decks, but they just aren't cutting it here.
Edit2 - Moved to Highlander Dragon Warrior in Wild to go more minion-heavy, won two games. Glad to be winning, but sad I can't win with the decks I'd actually prefer to play.
