In the announcement of this weeks Fire festival is says: New Challenges, New Rewards. 17 July - 24 July. But I haven't had any legendary Quests on my account, or my daughter's. I only got the Saviors pack from the Tavern Brawl and the Golden Rafaam's Scheme. I didn't reroll any legendary Quests. So that can't be it. Right?
