Personally I think it limits the creativity of the quest Paladin deck. All the other quests were fun to build around because every set would introduce cards that could have synergies with it. Examples include new taunts and deathrattle for Warrior and Priest; Cursed Disciple got Druid; Mana Cyclone for Mage.
Reborn is the set mechanic which means we will be stuck with the Saviors of Uldum set to satisfy the Paladin quest. From a deck building perspective that is disappointing.
