TOP STANDARD LEGEND DECKS FROM RISE OF SHADOWS – WEEK 12 (JUNE 2019)

Not only the meta is mostly stable, but high ranked players were playing safe this week, since it was very close to the ladder reset and a new season. Which means that we don’t get to see too many exciting decks this week – mostly solid Tier 1 / 2 decks. The next big thing is the release of new Classic cards, and while I don’t think that they will alter the meta drastically, players will still experiment.
