It is the season of signing as SK gaming announced today that they will be picking up the four Swedish players.
Jesper ”Freakeh” Ericsson, Sebastian ”Spo” Sjöbäck, Anton ”Airbrushed” Bystedt and Martin ”Martincreek” Bäcklund will be playing under SK Gaming from now on. They come from the Swedish Team Darkstar which was also the original team of Archon player Orange. The four Swedes have been making appearances before at various online events as well as the Swedish championship “E-sport SM”.
Freakeh also managed to qualify for both Seatstory Cup 2 and 3 and he got second in the Blackrock Teambrawl where he joined up with former teammate Orange.
They will be joining SK gamings Hearthstone roster which currently consists of Danish Fillip “Numberguy” Samuelsen, Korean JungHwan “RenieHour” Lee and Spanish Esteban “AKAWonder” Serrano.
Their next appearance is stated to be the Swedish Lan-event Birdie which starts next Tuesday. It is an event with a prizepool of 600 € and the winner also gets secured a spot in the IeSF Championship later this year.
