Kripparrian signs with Team Solomid

The American organization expands its Hearthstone with a third player, signing prominent arena streamer Octavian "Kripparrian" Morosan who joins fellow cardslingers Trump and Massan.

Ever since the team brand of League of Legends fame decided to enter Hearthstone, it was obvious that they would be shooting for popularity and following of their players rather than how many tournament titles they have behind their back. TSM Hearthstone debuted in May last year with Harry "Massan" Cheong as its founding member. A former StarCraft 2 professional now turned arena streamer in Hearthstone, Massan is a feared and respected player in that area, having played in both Lord of the Arena grand finals, finishing as runner-up in the first and winning the second.

In August, TSM's Hearthstone roster doubled in size as the team welcomed none other than Jeffrey "Trump" Shih. A streamer with a massive and dedicated following, Trump was another acquisition that would bring big attention to TSM coming from the Hearthstone community. With his signing, Trump brought to the team some of the most impressive arena records and a following which today is at more than 860,000 fans on Twitch, Twitter and YouTube combined and he only built on top of that from there. In August alone, Trump was able to secure three top four finishes at HyperX Invitational, Heroes of Cards #1 and VGVN #2, following it all with a top eight placement at SeatStory Cup #2.

Now, a third player knead from a very similar dough joins TSM. Octavian "Kripparrian" Morosan has everything his new team wants to see in him - an active stream coupled with a sizeable following. The news was confirmed on both TSM's and Kripp's social media channels.

"I've known Kripp for quite some time and I am very excited to work with him. His passion for the game and personality makes him a great fit for TSM," reads the short statement of Solomid CEO Andy Dinh.
