ToT)Strafe( won the tour!

[s]event[/s]The first tournament on our own server, StarGate, has just been finished. Everything started out fine with 47 players taking part. But when I was about to add all to the brackets it got a little wild. But after a while FrinkX from PGTour.net told me that he could host the brackets at their site. So after five more minutes totally spammed by players that didn?t know what was going on, the tour finally started. From then on everything was great!

All players were well mannered and there were no further problems. In the first semi-final the Swedish Terran player Chaso faced the Spanish national team member Squall.
Squall won this duel and he went to final vs. ToT)Strafe( who in his semi-final won vs. outrage. After a really good tour it was finally time for the final that all were waiting for: ToT)Strafe( vs Squall.

First game was played on The Lost Temple. Squall picks Zerg and ToT)Strafe( picks Protoss. Second game was played on Dhalia of Jungle with the same race match up. After two good games ToT)Strafe( was the winner!

poGDI: Any player that was harder to play then the others?

ToT)Strafe(: I promised outrage to mention his name. Outrage was by far the toughest too beat
poGDI: What do you think about the tours on StarGate? Should we continue with these?

ToT)Strafe(: You certainly should, its fun to play a tournament well organized.
poGDI: Will you play the ladder here on StarGate in the future?

ToT)Strafe(: I just started playing Broodwar again today, and I haven?t read on any Broodwar related in the time I quit BW so I really have no clue what Stargate ladder is.
