The North American based clan, FLW was a very active and very known clan within the WGTour community. It has been a clan for nearly 6 years and unfortunately has come to an end.
I was personally in FLW and I have a lot of memorable times there, seeing it pass will be very sad news to many people. It was an extremely active clan with alot of skill, it was highly organized and greatly led. Although I have not been in FLW since a couple of months ago, it will always have a place in my heart. Seeing FLW leave the BW scene will affect a lot of people and the BW scene altogether. They were very large, very active, very dedicated and very known. The FLW Founder and Leader,
FLW_LastFighter aka SeXMachine, wrote a news on WGTour forums about FLW dying and here is some of what he had to say..."My name is Ryan Coens and I have been leading the Front Line Warriors for almost 6 years. On June 5th, 1999 I created the Front Line Warriors basically just to have fun gaming with. We have gotten more competitive and active (even being called the most active clan at one point) but we played to have fun."
"WGT gave us new life over a year ago giving the whole community a shot in the arm but now even the great WGT community is falling apart. PGT which seems to be have gotten all new attention I am not a big fan of but hopefully it will prolong BW's life."
It is a very nicely written good bye from one of the big admin names in WGTour's history and beloved leader of Front Line Warriors. FLW has affected the SC community tremendously and it is very sad to see them go. The link to the entire news is below, Good Bye FLW.
