Xodiac, who is playing 2on2 in Team SWE together with TreK, is an experienced gamer within the community and should thus be quite accurate in his rating of the event. "Are you looking forward to it, and what are your chances?", I asked him:
"I'm expecting to have a great time! Really looking forward to it" explains Xodiac happily. "Though if Fisheye and ShamanofDeath participates it will be even harder to win; DaZe, Fox & TreK are already very good opponent!"
Optihack = Official qualifier for SGNL in Sweden
As we have announced previously, Optihack will be the official Swedish qualifier event for GosuGamers Nordic League (SGNL). In order to participate you need to be present at the LAN. The official tournament of Optihack, with ~€2,342 worth of prize money, will be the one used to determine the eight players to advance from Sweden. The top eight will be selected counting only Swedish participants of the tournament, meaning non-Swedish ones will be able to win the actual tournament but will not be qualified for SGNL. Furthermore this means that the official maps of Optihack 2005 will be the same as for SGNL;
