- Can I change my account?
- I can't get BWScanner running, what do I do?

- Can I play vs the same guy multiple times during a day?
- I get an error-message about me using illegal characters when i send my application in, but I only use legal ones. What should I do?
- Can I observe a ladder game?
- Why can't I change the password I got from the automated PM when my application got accepted?

- Why do we have to answer all those silly questions just to get an account on StarGate?
- I can't connect to the server, why?
- What can I do if I spot someone abusing? (e.g. Spamming, leaving BWScanner during a game, behave bad e.t.c.)
- My opponent doesn't want to use BWScanner, what should I do?
- My opponent chose a non-StarGate map which I did not know about! What can I do against this?
- Does the winning team in a 2on2 game on Top vs Bottom earn any points?
- I connect to the StarGate server, but when I try to create an account / login with the one I have on the site it just tells me that it is already in use / wrong password. What's wrong?
- Can I submit my StarGate application form from a diffrent IP adress than I will be playing on? Or does the application record my IP adress as the one I will use on SG?
