In the Nation Wars Cup, each team has one representative for the 1on1 tournament and one team as the representatives for the 2on2 tournament. These representatives from each national team is decided by its manager. When the Cup starts, there will first be a preliminary round with a bracketed division with Single Elimination, in order to get 16 teams into a Double Elimination Tournament to eventually crown a set of winners. It has not yet been determined if there will be prizes.
How to register
In order to register your National Team, you submit a post in » this thread, where you include the name of your team and which players are to represent your country. Both A and B teams may participate in this tournament, but in future cups they might change it.
Don't want it to conflict with the WCG finals
The WGTour Nation War Team hasn't set out a definite date for the tournament yet, however they don't want it to conflict with the WCG Finals, so the Cup will probably begin after the cyber festival. "This is a beta tournament, and we encourage all of the national teams to support this!" writes
