Other speakers include Bill Roper (WarCraft; StarCraft; Diablo), Tim Train (Civilization; Rise of Nations), Mark Terrano (Age of Empires), Steve Gray (The Lord of the Rings) and Norman Cheuk (Project Gotham Racing 1 & 2). This is the opportunity to hear their visions for the future of the gaming industry from those creating it.It is interesting that the former Blizzard North vice president has been invited along with many other industry leaders and yet I do not see anyone from Blizzard in the guest list of speakers. Something that is often unsaid but remains a truth is that many of the developers from Diablo and some from Warcraft left Blizzard but the core Starcraft-Broodwar team has remained which always fills me with great comfort. When the Diablo team left of course I was not happy, but I did not cry.
