» Security Tools Programmer
Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a creative computer programmer to join the development team. The focus of this position will be to develop countermeasures and security tools for all Blizzard games. The ideal candidate will be able to do programming in C/C++ on the Windows OS at the Win32 API level as well as system level. The ideal candidate will also be expected to read source code and interact with members of other programming teams at this level.
| Requirements Strong knowledge of C/C++. Experience in writing low-level tools. SoftIce, WinDbg and/or debugging tool experience. Knowledge of Windows 95/98/NT/2k/XP internal API, the DDK, and system service dispatching. Familiarity with the methods used to create game hacks and cheats. Comfortable with the fast pace of game/security technology; can learn and apply new knowledge quickly. Passion for video games! Pluses (Not Mandatory): Network programming. Mac and UNIX experience. Game industry experience and/or BS in Computer Science. |
