Starcraft 3rd Party Patch

[s]event[/s]Deathknight is at it again. Now he thinks he can fix a few little mistakes he has found in Starcraft and has added some new features.

Some features may surprise an unsuspecting Starcraft gamer that visits you and sees your Battle.net interface screen. It is now green. Bottom line, this patch will probably be appreciated by 0.000% of gamers, mainly die hard Mod makers. However, if you have an itch to change your reality, this one is worth a try. A plus with this MOD is that you can play it online and your opponents and allies do not need to have it and it will still work.

The changes:

•Gave Scarabs an enhanced Explosion Effect
•Replay button added for mission briefings in Multiplayer(will drop you if other players are in the game)
•Skip mission button added in mission briefings for campaigns in Single Player (will drop you if other players are in the game)
•Wireframe for Floor Hatch has been added
•Wireframe for Start Location has been added
•Patched a crash involving the death of a Start Location
•Wireframes for Arcturis Mengsk have been added
•Wireframes for Aldaris have been added
•Sounds for Aldaris have been added
•Renamed the Mercinary Gunship and Cargo Ship to their proper names instead of "Unknown"
•Gave the Start Location a working health bar

His most innovative change is probably fixing the Start Location crash bug. To understand a little where he is coming from I will share with everyone part of a conversation I had with him:
entropyzero
What would you say is the most important change?
deathknight
The start location crash fix
entropyzero
Would you elaborate for the barbarian?
deathknight
I gave the start location a death animation, which it lacked. Killing the start location would originally crash the game, so I patched it.
entropyzero
Who kills start locations anyway? I have never killed a start location..
deathknight
Well I don't know... but start locations are units and can be placed in games so it deserves unit rights ^_^
entropyzero
Ah yes I forgot about the human.. err Unit rights.
I think dear reader you get the point. It is not often you come across a Starcraft Unit rights activist. Nevertheless if Starcraft ever goes rogue and our community starts making Starcraft improvements instead of waiting for the mythical Starcraft 2 or another expansion, it will be people like Deathknight that hold the knowledge to change our gaming reality.

The best part of this project is that he will be adding new features in the future. As always download at your own risk and remember that it is still a Beta.
