More Blizzard top guns bale out of the company
It just keeps getting worse and worse at Blizzard and the exodus of their programmers and designers just does not seem to stop. It is natural with success of the products of this brand that if Blizzard have any hopes to retain the remaining developers they must compete with the enticing salaries of other companies that are buying their employees out.
This time it is Ron Millar and his brother Chris Millar, both blizzard veterans, who previously worked on Starcraft, Warcraft III and Diablo II, who will be leaving Blizzard for another cutting edge studio, Lionhead, directed by Peter Molyneux. The Millar brothers have both specialized in real-time strategy and 3D action games and will now probably be working on one of Lionhead's ongoing projects, RPG Fable and or Black and White 2.

Will we have a white Ghost Christmas?
Vivendi Universal have rescheduled their release date for the Ghost with the very inexact date of “sometime before Christmas 2004.” Blizzard's interminably delayed Starcraft: Ghost (PS2, Xbox, Cube) may just be in our Christmas wish lists for many of us.
