I do not forget that when we make news we must try and please all of our audience. This one is for all you map makers out there that want to see and try the cutting edge in map making and also enjoy a few very weird UMS games. This is by the way, where I first heard of the Matrix.Map Night is a special Staredit Network feature that Use Map Settings Starcraft Gamers can attend just for the sake of having fun. We play as long as we feel like, because there is no ending time. The maps we play are typically the ones not publicly played on Battle.net. We usually make a news post prior to the event for which maps we'll want to play. You can download them right away, or you could download them on game night.The only requirement is that you own Starcraft Broodwar. You by no means have to be affiliated, registered or known here at Staredit Network. No signup is required! All you need to do is show up and be ready to play some UMS!
If you are interested they get together every Saturday. I would like to warn you however, that you will find the best of the best map makers at these gatherings. That is their passion to make the UMS maps and other maps. The ‘playing’ is just an excuse to show of their skills. You will find the very best of UMS maps and at sometimes very weird ones too if you participate.
