
Day 1A saw 310 entrants with 170 surviving and Jamie Rosen leading with 142,700. Day 1 B saw 284 players enter and Lari Sihvo finished in the lead with 144,725.
Monday play will continue with a combined Day 2 and 199 players remaining.
Notables advancing to Day 2 include Robert Mizrachi, Tony G, Patrik Antonius, Jonathan Karamalikis, Joe Cassidy, John Racener, Barry Greenstein, McLean Karr, Victor Ramdin, Shannon Shorr, Erik Cajelais and outspoken defending champion James Bord.
Some notables who didn't make it to Day 2 included Michael Mizrachi, Sam El Sayed, Viktor “Isildur1” Blom, Steve Billirakis, Bertrand 'ElkY' Grospellier and Matt Giannetti. Mizrachi had reason to be disappointed when he got his aces all in against pocket kings and lost.
The first place prize is a sizable €1.4 million.
