A Fourth Class Action Lawsuit against Full Tilt Poker Emerges

Merchant Law Group LLP of Canada filed a class action lawsuit Friday against Full Tilt Poker. The lawsuit states that the litigation is on behalf of “all real money account holders on Full Tilt Poker,” the fourth such action to be taken against the site.

The lawsuit cites the former poker giant’s “severe financial problems including unauthorized loans, accounting difficulties, and a failure to report significant material events,” as evidence of the site’s negligence and malpractice. The lawsuit was filed immediately after the news that Full Tilt’s gaming license had been revoked by the Alderney Gaming Control Commission.
