Dan ‘jungleman12’ Cates has spent the last few weeks considering his options in the wake of April 15th's Black Friday indictments. While he is considering where he might move to continue his high stakes online cash game play, he has decided to give back to the poker community by giving away one $10,000 World Series of Poker Main Event seat to a poker player who has never played in it.

Cates' desire to give back to the poker community has some conditions that he laid out in his blog.

1. It is free to enter, pick up your ticket at the location Daniel Tweets (@junglemandan).
2. You may enter as many times as you would like.
3. Open to all participants over the age of 21.
4. You are responsible for your own local and federal taxes on all
winnings.
5. Seat is non-transferable, prize is non-transferable.
6. You must not have played in any W.S.O.P $10,000 Main Events in
previous years. You will immediately be disqualified if you have.
7. You are responsible for your own transportation and accommodation
in Las Vegas.
8. Drawing will be held June 25th.
9. You need not be present to win.
10. You will be contacted immediately if you have won with the phone
number you provide.
11. The drawing will be done by a 3rd party, not affiliated with Daniel or
employees.
12. By receipt of your ticket, you acknowledge that you have read all the
aforementioned rules and will abide by them.
13. The winner will be announced Sunday, June 26th on NBC Channel 3
Sports Talk.
14. The Daniel Cates W.S.O.P. Main Event Seat Give-Away is not
