Day 3 Ends at WPT Venice, Minieri Out

There are twenty players remaining after Day 3 of the €3,000 WPT Venice main event. Alessio Isaia and Maxim Lykov made the most of the day to keep at the head of the pack. David Vamplew and pro Joahn Tabatabai are lurking in the top ten.

Dario Minieri was eliminated by young Swedish player Joakim Jaerving when his pocket sixes lost a fight against pocket queens. Jose Barbero busted against chip leader Isaia.
