The Irish Times reported that the Dublin based Full Tilt Poker subsidiary, Pocket Kings, would increase employment from 700 to 800 people. Pocket Kings has acted as a service provider to Full Tilt Poker in Dublin since 2006. There is a close relationship between the two as one of Pocket Kings’s two directors is Ray Bitar, who is one of the founders of the US-based Full Tilt Poker that controls Pocket Kings.
A company spokeswoman said yesterday the numbers employed at the company had almost doubled from the 390 employed at the end of April 2009.
As Full Tilt has grown into many new markets, so has the specialization required for many of the new positions, some of which include fraud analysts for the Italian, German and French markets along with Norwegian, Japanese, Greek, Russian, Hebrew and Korean customer service agents.
