Blizzard Q1 Conference Call

Mike Morhaime will once again be presenting results of Blizzard's first quarter via a live conference call broadcast over the internet.

On May 6th 2010 at 13:30 PST, a conference call will be broadcast live over the internet for Mike Morhaime to announce Blizzard's Q1 results along with other major announcements.

A similar conference call was held in February of 2010 where it was announced that the beta for StarCraft II would begin near the end of that month. With the beta into its third month of testing, there is speculation that an announcement of the official release date for StarCraft II might happen.

Other possible announcements may include the World of WarCraft: Cataclysm beta announcement or a Blizzard World-wide Invitational announcement.

On the day of the last conference call ATVI stocks rose almost a dollar a share from 10.09 to 11.07.
