RulesCheck-in starts 12.00 SGT (06.00 CEST) - if you aren't checked in, you will not be part of the bracket
1. Communication with teams and admins
1.1 - Check gosugamers.net for times for registration, check-in and start of the qualifier.
1.2 - All communication between teams about hosting and joining should be done through the match comments. By clicking your match and then clicking "Full match details" you'll get to the match page. At the bottom of this page you will find the comment-section. Post there to communicate lobby-password to the opponents.
1.2.1 - Also post a comment when the game starts and another one when it ends.
1.3 - You may also use #gosucup (quakenet) on IRC during the qualifier to contact admins. If you don't have an IRC-client, use webchat.quakenet.org. You may also find some of the other teams there if they choose to be there.
1.3.1 - Use your teamname or teamtag as nickname on IRC.
1.4 - After the match is finished, the winning team should enter the correct result in the "Enter Result"-box which appears if you click your game.

2.1 - Daily schedule (rounds)
Check-in - Starts Saturday 12pm SGT. Check-in ends Saturday 5pm SGT
Round 1 - Starts Saturday 5pm SGT. Games of round 1 must be started before 5.30pm SGT.
Round 2 - Starts Saturday 6.30pm SGT. Games of round 2 must be started before 6.45pm SGT.
Round 3 - Starts Saturday 7.30pm SGT. Games of round 3 must be started before 7.45pm SGT.
Round 4 - Starts Saturday 9.30pm SGT. Games of round 4 must be started before 9.45pm SGT.
Round 5 - Starts Saturday 10.30pm SGT. Games of round 5 must be started before 10.45pm SGT.
Round 6 - Starts Saturday 11.30pm SGT. Games of round 6 must be started before 11.45pm SGT.
Top 4 will then move on to the double elimination stage
WB round 1 - Starts Sunday 4pm SGT.
LB round 1 - Starts Sunday 5pm SGT.
WB round 2 - Starts Sunday 6pm SGT.
LB round 2 - Starts Sunday 7pm SGT.
Grand Final - Starts Sunday 8pm SGT. Best of three.
2.2 - If your game has not started before the time mentioned as deadline for the round, an admin will decide who the winner is based on the material presented in the match-page as well as IRC.
RULESET - Before the game
3.1 - The server to be used is Singapore, unless both teams agree on a different server.
4. Game settings and spectators
4.1 - Communicate with your opponents through Match Comment page and decide who will host the lobby and what the password will be.
4.2 - The mode is -captains mode and games will be played using the Tournament Version. All heroes are allowed.
4.3 - DotaTV(Spectator option) is should be entered as "YES" (enabled) unless else is decided by an admin.
5.1 - You need to use your team tag as well as your common nick name. For instance: GGnet.Tjernobyl
5.2 - If you use a stand-in, make sure the stand-in tags "Standin.nickname", with the nickname being his common nick.
6.1 - Up to two stand-ins are allowed.
6.2 - You may not use a stand-in that belongs to another team competing in the tournament.
7. Sides and pick
7.1 - The teams decide who will play Radiant and who will play Dire. If there is a dispute, contact an admin for coin toss.
7.2 - Radiant will have first pick all games.
RULESET - During the game
8.1 - Flaming and bad-mouthing is not allowed.
9. Disconnects, pauses and crashes
9.1 - If the game crashes during the picks, the game will be remade and the same picks will be picked.
9.2 - Teams have the right to pause the game if needed. Be sure to announce the pause in all-chat before you pause, by saying “p” or "pause". You also need to state the reason for pausing after you've paused.
9.2.1 - Up to 10 minutes of pausing per game for each team is allowed. That is 10 minutes of total and not several pauses of 10 minutes each.
9.2.2 - The 10 minute rule does not apply for semi finals and up. Admins decide on pauses during those rounds.
9.3 - The reason for the pause must be reasonable. Both teams must agree on resuming before resuming the game.
9.4 - If a player disconnects, the player’s team should pause the game right away.
9.5 - If the game needs to be remade, the players will pick the same heroes, skill the same skills, buy the same items and choose the same lanes as they did in first attempt of the game.
12. Bugs and glitches
12.1 - You are not allowed to use bugs or glitches in the game for your advantage.
12.2 - Each team is responsible to know about bugs that may effect the game. You can read more about bugs on the official bug forum dev.dota2.com
12.3 - If one or more essential bugs are used intentionally to your advantage, your team will be disqualified from the tournament.
12.4 - If a game-breaking bug occur, you should pause the game, and contact an admin.
12.5 - If the bug is noticeable for both teams and no pause is made, and admins aren’t contacted until the end of the game - the game result stands.
13. Game end
13.1 - The game is over when either team's Ancient Fortress is destroyed or when a team forfeits and disconnects from the game.
99. Admin is God
99.1 - Rules can be changed during the tournament if admins consider it necessary. Possible changes will of course be announced. Admins will always have the final word.
