Rocket League introduces the Lamborghini Huracan STO as the latest addition

Psyonix includes the Lamborghini Huracan STO into its already wide repertoire of 'soccars'.

Lamborghini becomes just the second luxury sports car brand to partner up with Psyonix for its critically-acclaimed title, Rocket League with the Huracan STO now available in the item shop until 27 April 2021.

If you've always wanted to own your very own Lamborghini but could never afford one, this is the next best thing. It's selling for 2,000 credits, which is about US$20. With this, you'll get the entire Lamborghini Huracan STO bundle, which comes with its one-of-a-kind V10 engine audio. It also comes with two sets of wheels (v1 and v2) alongside the exclusive Huracan STO decal, player banner, as well as two antennas.

You can also customise the Boost, Trail, and Goal Explosions for the car to give it your own personal touch.

There is more to it though.

Lamborghini is also one of Psyonix's key partners in the upcoming Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) X Lamborghini Open, starting from 23rd to 25th of April 2021. This will be the final North American RLCS regional tournament of the Spring split. In addition to the Lamborghini Open, fans can also look forward to the 'Battle of the Bulls'.

This unique matchup features five one-versus-one games between high-profile names in the community with the winner getting $5,000 while the loser walks away with $1,000. The Battle of the Bulls will be happening during the Lamborghini Open.

The car itself has a 'Dominus' hitbox, which lacks height on the car but makes up for it with an elongated body. This provides better reach, allowing you to execute faster flicks off the fly. Its extra reach also means you have a slight advantage when it comes to making last-ditch saves.

As part of its Season 3 updates, Psyonix will also be introducing two new cars coming in May, in conjunction with both NASCAR and Formula 1. The former will be arriving in early May while the latter will reach the track in mid-May.
