Dirk Richter is still the chip leader with 593k, with Roberto Romanellow close behind and Kevin MacPhee, Rob Hollink and Josh Prager all lurking in the top ten.

Play will resume Thursday to break the money bubble and play down to the final 24 at the Hilton in the Czech Republic's capital.

The prize pool created is €2,730,550 with 80 players making the money and all shooting for the first prize of €640,000.

Those falling by the wayside during Day 2 included Praz Bansi, Fatima Moreira de Melo, Theo Jorgensen, Florian Langmann. Additional bustouts included former EPT champions Joao Barbosa, Kent Lundmark, Christophe Benzimra, and at the end of the day, Liv Boeree, who's full house was busted by Josh Prager's quad kings.

Still in the hunt on Day 3 will be Kevin Stani, Rob Hollink, Toby Lewis, Kevin MacPhee and former Prague champion Salvatore Bonavena who are all seeking second EPT titles. Luca Pagano is chasing after his 17th EPT cash.

All other players will likely be playing in the €2,000 side event, heading home for the holidays or planning to reverse their misfortune with a good run at the massive early January 2011 EPT kickoff PCA event in the Bahamas.
