Na'Vi pulls out of DreamLeague, EU.East division kicks off today

Ukrainian powerhouse Natus Vincere has pulled out of the upcoming DreamLeague season 2. The Eastern European division will kick off without them tonight, as Team Empire takes on Virtus.pro Polar, followed by xGame.kz vs. Virtus.pro. The tournament is set to begin at 19.00 CEST.

Tonight, DreamLeague Season 2 commences and it will begin with its Eastern European Division. Natus Vincere, who were invited directly to the group stages, pulled out of the event. An official statement has not been made yet, but it is likely that the Ukrainians will be looking to avoid a cluttered schedule, considering that the LAN finals of the DreamLeague will take place over ten days.

This leaves the EU.East division of the DreamLeague groupstages with Team Empire, xGame.kz and Virtus.pro with their main squad and the Polar team. All four teams will already be in action tonight, with Team Empire taking on Virtus.pro Polar. Simultaneously, xGame.kz will face off against the VP main squad. The matches are scheduled to start at 19.00 CEST.

The full list of participants for the other divisions has yet to be announced, but teams such as Evil Geniuses, Cloud9, Alliance and Fnatic have all received an invite for the groupstages.
