In a tweet from David 'Luminous' Zhang, the TI4 1v1 tournament participants have been revealed. In addition, the two teams for the All-star matches are Team Xboct and Team rOtk.

IceIceIce will be defending his 1v1 champion title which he claimed last year after defeating Mushi, who is also competing this year. He is only one of the two participants who is not a 2-position player for his team, the other one being Linsey 'FY' Xu. The solo championship will be held after the wildcard tournament.
In addition, the All-star match will be between team Xboct and Team rOtk. This match is scheduled this coming 19 July, the second day of the main event. Below is the reported lineup for each group:
