Just a week after the conclusion of D2CL Season 1, Season 2 of the League has been announced.
Last season, former TI3 champions Alliance took home the victory beating Speed Gaming in the much awaited Grand Finals which concluded just a week ago. Without hesitation, the D2CL team has just announced the second season of their hugely popular league on their website.
D2CL welcomes back some familiar faces as both grand finalists, Alliance and Speed Gaming are confirmed as participants in the upcoming season. Not only will the league see its former teams clash, Season 2 will welcome two new teams representing the CIS region: Team Empire and Rox.Kis. The russian teams will be taking up the slot previously held by North American teams EG and Dignitas respectively.
Also returning to the league is now mixed European squad Mousesports, who won their slot via a community poll held to decide on who the last remaining team should be.

The games are slated to be played in a week but the full schedule, prize pool or format has not been publicly released and should be released soon.
