Valve Adds 5th Ban

It is time for another Dota 2 update, and although we see no new hero added, there are significant changes to the game and the scheduling of future updates.

A much needed 5th ban has now been added, and this will allow competitive teams to improve their respective strategies by trying to destruct the enemy's strategies planned.

Valve has also decided to bring forward the Dota 2 test update to Wednesday, and barring any major problems will port the update over to the main client. This will be good news as players will get to enjoy updates sooner and with less bugs.

It is interesting to note that the update was posted with the title 'The shadow grows...', which has lead to much speculation of Shadow Demon being available in the next update. Would Shadow Demon would be a nice addition to the game with the current hero pool? Let us know in the comments.

The full changelog is available on the official Dota 2 blog here.
