The Copenhagen Games return for 2016 with local stars. Here's what you need to know.
The Copenhagen Games make their return this month. From March 23 to March 26, StarCraft II players will compete at Øksnehallen in Denmark for 10.000 DKK (1333€). Due to its LAN setting, players are required to bring their own computers to play at the venue. While the tournament is open to all attendees, expect some of the local rising stars from the Danish, Swedish and German communities to attend, including Lillekanin, Snovski and SpaceMarine.
Matches will be organized into group play and then a double elimination bracket. Players will be seeded into groups of 4. The top 2 players from each group will advance to the playoff bracket, while the third and fourth players from each group will advance to the B tournament. All playoff bracket and B tournament matches will be best of 3 except for Grand Finals, which will be a best of 5.
