The last qualification tournament for GosuGamers Nordic League has been held. It was a fight with the last two Swedish spots in the main tournament of GGNL as prizes for the one's playing the final.
At first everything looked really fine. A lot of people had signed up for the tournament and there were 31 confirmed players when it was all going to start, if I do not mistake myself. Although, as the brackets were published we faced some problems and unfortunately had to create a new tournament. It was supposed to start a bit later. This little bit ended up being about one hour…
When it finally started though, most things went fine. More players had signed up and confirmed than in the first one too, so that was good. People started playing their games, and there were no conflicts. I personally think everything was all right. Later in the tournament we had some unfortunate auto wins due to people spending their Saturday evenings in better ways then in front of the computer (Who am I kidding... Is there a better way?) and people being AFK for too long, forcing us to report win for their opponents to keep the tournament going without any too big interruptions.

88)Chaso and MgZ)SHUTTLEs. Since both of them were already qualified for the GGNL main tournament, the outcome of this match didn't matter. We were kind of short on time, and the players decided to just play a bo1 game. 
Chaso was able to defeat 
SHUTTLEs on Sonata after a pretty short game. SHUTTLEs tried with a one base Lurked drop strategy, and he did pretty well with it, killing off some units. The Lurker harassment continued as the game went on, but Chaso managed to get it under control, and when he walked into SHUTTLEs base with some units after killing a couple of Lurkers we had a "GG". 
I would personally like to thank everyone who participated for the patience when we had some trouble wit the brackets. It turned out pretty well after all. Congratulations to Chaso and SHUTTLEs!
