[subject_blizzard]There are at the moment two new Blizzard jobs available.

In-Game Customer Support Manager (World of Warcraft):

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for an experienced manager to direct the day-to-day operations of the in-game customer support department (and its Game Masters) for our upcoming massively multiplayer online role-playing game, World of Warcraft.

The In-Game Customer Support Manager will handle many tasks which include overseeing the hiring, strategic scheduling and budgeting of a large support department. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with the creation and implementation of the policies and procedures which will govern the operation of the in-game customer support department, as well as structuring and motivating the in-game support staff.

The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience directly managing support personnel in a constant 24/7/365 environment. A definite plus would be someone with previous experience managing GM's for an existing MMORPG.

Cinematic Modeler:

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a talented 3D modeler/texture artist to assist our Cinematics team in creating the next generation of our award-winning in-game movies!

The Cinematic Modeler will be skilled at realistically modeling and texturing high-poly backgrounds, sets and environmental elements for use in our famed cinematic sequences. The ideal candidate for this position will also have the ability to model and texture 3D characters, when required. Though the Cinematic Modeler's primary focus will be modeling and texturing high-resolution 3D models, Blizzard highly encourages artists to apply who also have experience and talent in rigging, animating, lighting and/or compositing complex scenes.
