EDIT: If other large streamers or TO's are able to back up what Ulrich said, then that's fine. It's twitches problem. I've just been around long enough to know that ESL love a good blame shift, and I have only seen multi-ad ad breaks being blamed on Twitch by ESL. Every other case is 1 ad.
