TFL: SoDa wins

Yet another Toronto Fun League LAN has been held. As usual with a lot of good Starcraft players attending to the tournament in our beloved game.

As Freezer writes in his news post on oGaming.org: "ToT)Testie(rS , oG)Paul (aka H_Paul_WII), oG)SoDa, Debit, oG)Alex. That shows a lot of skill in just the one room!". It sure does.

Ten players were there, ready to battle each other for the prizes. First prize was $100 and some sponsor merchandise. The runner up would go home with $58 and some sponsor merchandise as well.

The players were divided into two groups and the two best placed in each group went on to the next stage. In the group stage the both brothers oG)Paul and oG)SoDa faced each other. The younger of them, SoDa, managed to win with 2-0, making him win the group.

In the final the two brothers met once again. And again the younger one was able to beat Paul. A big upset, as Paul was a huge favourite to win the tournament.


"I felt, weird, I never thought i could win... It didn't matter if I won or lost, so i was very confident while i was playing with my brother.", SoDa (picture) explained after the tournament when being asked what he felt. Being the good brother he is him and Paul split the prize money.
