DreamHack, the world's biggset LAN festival in Jönköping, Sweden, is about to have their 12th event. Started in 1997, and now the summer edition in 2005 is coming up. [s]event[/s]DreamHack Winter 2004 was a great event, both for DreamHack itself and for the gaming community. GosuGamers went there as the official Game Crew handeling the StarCraft section. We set up the finals on the main stage with
Mireille and 
JessE. There were over 6000 people last winter. Do you want to be one of them this summer? Then sign up as soon as possible, because the DreamHack tickets are known to be sold out in no time.As usual, GosuGamers will be there, hosting tournaments and events for you. We will be, just as last year, the official Game Crew, handeling the StarCraft and WarCraft tournaments. The finals will be broadcasted on the main stage, featuring the players sitting on stage á la Korean style. The event will be hosted the 16th to 19th of June 2005.
Prize money
For the game tournaments, prizes will be handed out. A total of 6000 SEK will be handed out for each game. 3000 SEK will be given to the winner, 2000 SEK to the runner-up and 1000 SEK to the second runner-up.
Order your ticket - last year 5000 tickets were sold in 40 minutes
The tickets will be available to order 00:00 CET tomorrow (Tuesday) which is in less than 15 minutes. It usually goes really fast for all the tickets to be sold out, so don't hesitate. Last year 5000 tickets were sold in 40 (!) minutes!
