The ESL One: Rio Major 2020 is the 16th Valve-sponsored Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Major Championship and the first Major of 2020. The major was originally scheduled to take place from May 11th to 24th but was postponed to the Autumn Major dates on March 23rd due to the rapidly increasing spread of COVID-19 in Brazil.
